dps/sps/tps for quest?

ok so this might sound dumb but with the contacts senders/recievers i know there is a way to emulate dps/sps for quest, but i cant figure it out. any suggestions/help will be useful!!
(this is for a commission!! the avi im working on is not for me and they really want dps for quest. i just cant figure out how to do contact senders/recievers in unity)
