How to rip roblox ugcs ??

I saw the cutest accessory on a avi and asked the creator where they got it from. They said they ripped it from roblox. How do you even rip Roblox ugc's? Does anybody here know and can show me?

here's a guide for importing into Roblox studio that i found

from there you should be able click on it in the workspace section and export it into a .obj that you can import into anything else -
