cant access site

I have been trying to access the website for a month now the only way i can use it is if i have VPN on it tells me site can not be reached each and every time i try to come here. my friends say the website is working fine have i been IP banned or something? i have cleared cache and cookies so i dont see any other excuse as to why i wouldnt be able to access the site so yeah
