Just wondering whats wrong with a texture or the avi itself!

I recently dowloaded a model from here
Airi by B.rdy

But her face looks like it's missing a texture.

Can anybody help me??

it can be a shader settings problem and you can find the material it is using by clicking on the mesh of the white and scrolling down. then right click and select material. I'd reccommend doing this first and sending a screenshot so I can help you better..
