How to recover an avatar file

Hai, I don't know if this is the place to ask but, recently I had to do a wipe on my main drive and forgot to back up my Unity project for my avatar. I checked in Unity and I do not have any cloud backups or anything, and apparently there is some future proof thing you can have on to download the package via Vrchat's website, however I did not have that on so I can't do that either; Is there any way I can get my avatar back? I really don't want to redo all the things I have done already, but I have absolutely no backups of it at all.
