I'm trying to recreate this hair

I have all three hair parts separated and set up in blender, im just unsure of how to connect all the meshes and bones, I can send you the FBX I've made

I'd like to be able to attach it to Sio in unity, if possible!

It should, but with the new blender updates it doesn't work past a certain version
