help converting to vrchat model

hello! i was curious if anybody would be willing to help convert this model into a vrc model. i'd do it myself, but i've zero clue on how to do so

is it rigged? if so it's a rather straightforward process, though you might need to make some changes to the armature to work with the expected base humanoid rig. you can make visemes using the CATs blender plugin, i think.
