Uploading stuck on avatar built

been having this issue since early this morning, on all old projects and any new one i make, can't upload or update a single avatar anymore, it was giving me an error code this morning, now i get no error and it just gets stuck on avatar built, thought maybe it was because of the update, but even after updating i still get the issue
