Help with getting Substance painter 11 or above

Title is the question.
So what ive tried so far:
FILECN substance painter: Very sketchy, not worth a try
GENP Patcher: 6 times reinstalled, 3 times repaired CC, 3 accounts cycled through, it refuses to work properly. It keeps getting stuck on "waiting" when installing.
I need another method to get Substance painter, would be VERY appreciated if someone could provide a method. -
