    down voting sounds like a good solution but sounds like it would just end up like removing disliking from YouTube,
    it's an outlet for somebody's negativity and if they cand express their annoyance with a little downvote then they are just going to go straight to the comments, by removing negative feedback it increases people being even more annoyed that they can display that negativity with a little button,

    making it for users who are more frequently on the site sounds like the better option

        It has been closed for a long time, and players are waiting every day to welcome its return! Please don't let this technology disappear!
        My suggestion:
        To avoid proliferation, a membership system can be implemented like other websites, where non members can only download public models and have a certain daily download limit.
        2. Many Avatars are downloaded by players from different countries, and if they are from different countries, their social circles are different, which does not hinder the interests of the authors.
        3. To avoid author complaints, an online application channel can be developed to prove that you are the author through pictures. Then the author's model will never be uploaded again.
