How to Use Cat_Velne Assets?

I'm trying to use some Milltina assets by Cat_Velne but for the life of me I cannot figure out how this works! I have the following per their instructions on the Booth page:
- Milltina Base
- FaceEmo
- ModularAvatar
- FloorAdjuster
When I load the ♡ポン置きでか♡ミルティナ blendshape＋bodyscale or the ✦ MILLTINA Face Animation+Body Scale ✦ asset, it just shows me a broken prefab asset. I'm really not sure how to fix this or if there is something else I am missing.
I also added/tried the below add-ons but still nothing:

If you have any questions or tips regarding these assets, drop them below for others! I want this thread to be used as a reference for help/tips on any of this creators assets so we can all get a better understanding!
UPDATES
- These require the Milltina KISEKAE version of the model!!
Once I figured that out the body scale assets worked!
