Need assistance with a prefab and physbones.

I'm trying to put GhostNite's Milk Addict onto Bambi's Gemini, but for some reason when I put the armature transforms into the MA Bone Proxys the physbones stop acting on that part of the avatar. Could someone explain why this is happening, and maybe how to fix it?
