@BonBonii I FIGURED IT OUT,
VrcFury has a script called "Advanced Videmes", select the mesh and blendshape for each mouth Visemes such as "PP" "AA: "TH" ect, this will link it all, same goes for anyone else who uses the package.
PS would be so much easier if the creator of the nova just gave them it a jaw bone fr.

And when following the instructions exactly, At the point where you are supposed to drag the novamaw prefab into the scene it is completely missing. the only thing inside is a contact receiver.
