Access denied / Hidden / Deleted

Tried finding a rules channel but my question is why do certain topics get deleted, hidden, or just straight up access denied? Like is their really no way to just censor links and or whatever was in that section to prevent what you didn't want seen. I wanted to know what was going on here so I dont fruitlessly wander around looking for the information on it? Like this is a ripping/asset sharing platform besides whatever being malware why else would you hide something that could actively help the community and even lower some of theses ripper helper request?

I was asking because their was a channel talking about a decryption mod someone was making that was I believe in its testing phase / pretty much ready to go with final touches and the whole channel gets access denied this also happened with a streamer avi ripping channel previously like what gives?
