LF: HOW TO MAKE STATIC STUFF ON QUEST

im trying to find a way to make something look static, this is a quest convert somebody did and they made the horns look static, like it sparkles like it aswell, doesnt matter how close or far you are, if someone knows how to do this please lmk!!

maybe a matcap ? i would try it with some dif matcap to get a close result tbh-

@LightFast yeah i alr did that and it didn't work bro was mad gatekeeping too, he said it was his own texture
