    @lunarembryo I believe it may have something to do with how its exported? That or its armature. Thats the only two ideas i have.

                  It is a normal t pose without playmode. The avatar only does that when gesture manager is being used.

                      Thats fair. Seconding that the armature was originally merged because of the other outfits. A couple of them had armatures and were merged.

                        My best guess is it needs to be remade but keeping the FBX's seperate.

                          Typical case of blender export gone wrong do you have the blender project or only the fbx? its highly likely just cuz unitys scale is differant to blenders scale so exporting it wrongly just fucks it up send me your discord in dm if you down and i help somtimes

                                  Try to check if the scale you exporting with is correct by just dragging the fbx into the scene. if it is a correct size then the export was correct. Also try unchecking "Apply modifiers" under the "geometry" an see if the result is different. If it is then apply all modifiers on all objects and then export
