How to use VRlabs AV3 Manager! Help please

Hi! I use Nightbeast Redux Avatar base. (https://forum.ripper.store/topic/49917/lf-nightbeast-redux/2. I know how to add little things or something like clothes, but when i try something little difficult with video guide where using VRlabs AV3 i have 1 issue...
When i try add something like this

i found video and pdf tutorial for this in folder. I watch the video and get to this point when i need add thing on FX
But i see only this in all params!
I try do something with my own hands with defoult
layer but i dont have button like "add animator to merge" from guide...Maybe its rly dumb question and im sorry if that is, but i rly tired to try do something with this by myself. Can anyone explain what to do with this?

The screenshots of the tutorial look ages old. You could probrually have an easy fix with VRCFURY anyway lol
