Blendshape Question/Looking

I'm currently editing the model Shinano, and I wanted it to look like a similar avatar I found, but the issue is, they have extra blendshapes that aren't with the original model. No idea if they made the blendshapes themselves or what, if you got any help or anything, please let me know.
