have experimented, can say there is no easy way to do this that wouldnt take actual hours upon hours in blender and redoing part of the model all together. models on vrcmodelstore if you still want to get someone to try but its most likely a bust till we get more shaders on quest

Hate it when auths make quest stuffs hard, having to go through removing lots of crucial Physbones, compressing avatar textures and meshes, etc, it’s all a huuuge hassle.
Fuhh.. someday we’ll get the rights to improve limits for standalones -

like the other person said, the mouth and eyes gotta be likely redone in blender since the original auth did em with shaders and stuff.

@bassboostedbit Not too sure why yours had errors..
make sure to use Gesture Manager, VRCFury, and probably the most recent SDK Base & Avatar versions the two are up to date with (3.10.1)

What the actual fuck is going on with the eyes. I can move them but they just snap back. Ive messed with the rig but it doesnt work?! AAAAAAAAAAAAHHH HUH?!! I have never seen anything like this, it overrides in the editor. Changes to the rig dont even update on the model. I havent even tried fixing the mouth yet, the eyes are just that bad. I will have to use a transparent shader for the white of the eyes just so the red can show through.

Good news, I think I fixed the eyes. They are kinda messy but they work. The mouth is impossible to get fixed as it doesn't have its own mesh. The mouth basically does not exist until it is in poiyomi. here hope it works
