<![CDATA[Thicco Arc w/ possible Quest conversion]]>Based from this thread https://forum.ripper.store/post/247230
A while ago I had the avi uploaded for myself, but was told / shown that having the avatar on quest / android platforms wasn't supported since the creator built the avi around poi shaders..

I then tinkered for myself and saw that it was mainly the eyes and mouth(s) that were affected by the lack of poi shaders for android, yet every other material was able to be fixed by other mobile supported materials, shaders, etc.

just trying to find anyone to experiment some to see if they can find any workarounds to this mess. would appreciate if anything can be dones :3

They are kinda messy but they work. The mouth is impossible to get fixed as it doesn't have its own mesh. The mouth basically does not exist until it is in poiyomi. I can move them but they just snap back. Ive messed with the rig but it doesnt work?! AAAAAAAAAAAAHHH HUH?!! I have never seen anything like this, it overrides in the editor. Changes to the rig dont even update on the model. I havent even tried fixing the mouth yet, the eyes are just that bad. I will have to use a transparent shader for the white of the eyes just so the red can show through.

make sure to use Gesture Manager, VRCFury, and probably the most recent SDK Base & Avatar versions the two are up to date with (3.10.1)

Hate it when auths make quest stuffs hard, having to go through removing lots of crucial Physbones, compressing avatar textures and meshes, etc, it’s all a huuuge hassle.
