It's just sculpted manuka. I used to be in a close friend group with someone who knew and collaborated with her personally. Misfit used it on one of her avatars. It's just basically some Blender work. I'm not really sure how it works, though.
@smokedope no she doesnt i have her models ill upload them too with the blendshapes she uses its just a sculpted shinano and she uses blendshapes on the face to make it look unique
