the ears do not disappear

For some reason, the bunny ears reappear when I test in Gesture Manager or upload the avatar to VRChat. I haven't set the clothing toggles yet.

Could anyone help me fix this?

Are there any MA (modular avatar) components on the outfit? If you drag and dropped a prefab onto the model, then it may have come with premade settings, which often come with premade toggles.

The costume comes with an MA menu and also with a version that doesn't have the MA which I already tried, the problem is that in the version without MA it has the problem that not only the ears are not cultured but also the hat and a card

well it sounds like a MA issue. I delete the MA components right away for every prefab i drag onto a model. I only leave the MA setting mesh and MA merge armature thing.
