Someone is mass downvoting me?

I have no idea what is going on. But I've lost over 100 reputation to some random person or people. It looks like they're downvoting anything I have and will post.
I don't think I've had any negative interactions with anyone so I'm just confused.
Is there anything that can be done? -
@admin Is it against the rules if someone downvotes a "bump" reply on your own post? I don’t really understand the whole downvote thing, but I’d rather it not become a common occurrence, you know? and sometimes ppl are followers and if they see a downvote others tend to follow to lol just want to know the rules!

Yeah..my rep still continues to go down as well..Had over 100 rep now just 18..Not really seeing I'm getting downvoting so that's even weirder.
@Visaeres Yeah, same, so the thing is if you have rep on a post and someone downvotes it, but there's still some rep left on that post/comment, there's literally no way to tell if you got downvoted or if someone removed a vote. I had at least 550+ rep and lost a couple just today, and I'm confused LOL. You can only downvote a limited number of times, so obviously, it's probably a mass downvoter or a mad creator </3. All I do is post my boughts, but tbh they should really add a system next to rep where you can see downvotes without combining the two, and maybe even a feature where you can see who downvoted you, so you know if one person is targeting you.
