Can't add thumbnails to topics anymore???

I've never had any issues before, but for some reason, I haven't been able to add thumbnails to my topics lately. I've tried different photos, different file types, different sized images, and no dice. I get a 403 error every time.

Strange. It always auto puts it for me when I drop an image in my posts. I don't have to add a thumbnail which is strange, why it isn't doing that for others?
