    I have this cool particle effect on my avatar's eyes but I don't really want the particles to stay active when I use a facial gesture that closes my eyes. Is there any way to go about this besides adding a keyframe to the facial gesture animation that deactivates the particles? I couldn't get that to work.

      maybe keyframe it in a way that resizes it and pushes it into the head when not in use the way alternate pupils are done on avatars? all i can think of to hide it
