As previously mentioned, toggles are broken. You need to have some experience in making avatars in Unity if you want these fixed.

BIG NOTICE: Apparently some or all toggles are borked, according to some people, so you're going to have to troubleshoot that yourself. Avi requires PoiToon/Pro 7.3.50, and DPS.

I can give this search a whirl, but I'll need some extra details. These appear to be screenshots of a video on youtube. If possible, would you be able to link them here? Also, by disappear, do you mean that you were once able to access this avatar?
This was incredibly annoying to get from the poi server rip on Kemono, but here it is.
This is from early 2019, so don't expect complete compatibility with the currently supported unity version; you might need to edit some things.
Includes the provided FBX of the nametag ring.
Right now my current lead on finding this avatar is that it is a modified "Kemono Sylveon" by Lune Snowtail. (first link is to kemono.party, a patreon/gumroad/subscription post archiver, where you can DL v2.)
Other than that, nothing much comes up in my search. It can possibly be locked to their discord.
Anonfiles is currently unstable and ad-infested, mainly due to their financial status and how they are offering free filehosting for literally anyone without any logging. That said, you must be very careful when downloading there as said by Snowy above.
I'm going to rehash what I said in the past when I was still actively distributing:
Use an adblock. And one that doesn't have the stupid "acceptable ads policy" that ABP has implemented. I personally recommend uBlock Origin.
When downloading, always check the file name and file extension. If it does not match what is said on Anonfiles, then you're likely downloading something bad and you must delete it immediately.
A correctly configured adblock will always allow downloads from Anonfiles right from clicking the download button.
The best alternative for Anonfiles that sharers can use is WorkUpload or maybe even Pixeldrain, both of which have virtually unlimited storage and decent speeds.
Remember to follow Sub-pup's guide on searching (focusing on booth avatars) before asking for a model, mainly to prevent overlapping requests. Unless you are explicitly asking for a newer version, that's a whole different subject.
This model has been requested and fulfilled previously, although, the model version is somewhat outdated (linked is 1.08, latest is 1.13).
Note that this version appears to be an SDK2 avatar. I'll try to get a newer one at some point in the future.

Not sure what you mean by "shhets", but downloading the files from Anonfiles should be straight forward. However, you should always use an adblock (uBlock Origin recommended) when using Anonfiles to prevent click jacking and bogus downloads. If you are thrown a 503 error, just keep on trying.

This is version 1.00, so there are none of the newer updates listed.
The name on the image is the original avatar's creator, although it appears to be modified in this image.
This model, Zuri, is available on vrmodels, but I'll link the DDL here for convenience's sake.
But a word of warning, the bones of this model have been incorrectly configured or are just straight-up broken, according to the commenters.
It doesn't help that you didn't link the ripperstore listing.
Forgive me for sounding aggressive, but you really should take interest in using the .unitypackages as most of what you ask for are minor edits or straight up clean uploads of the models they are based on. This model clearly is a quick hue shift to pink on the hair and the apron. Learning to use unity and photoshop would be very useful if you want to make your own personal rendition of an avatar, rather than just copying someone else's via a VRCA. Don't take others' possession of credits for granted at this time, no one can gain any ever since the EAC update.
