(FIXED) Blender Mirroring Issues

Anyone know why my weighpainting isnt mirroring??? I already applied all transforms, that normally works but it wont. (yes... I have it enabled... -_-) Sometimes it mirrors but its all patchy : (
This has happened in most of my projects sadly, Im using blender 5.0. -

Fixed it, the other method worked but I had to up the radius.
