(SOLVED) Help with Anri avatar cloth issue

Hi so I was trying to swap out the default shirt anri uses for the inner black one but it just refuses to show up in game? I've tried ver 2.10.1 and 2.10.2. even going so far as to disable to FX
I know the black inner is the default for the "man" ver but I want to use the boy prefab. ;v; I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong..
