rigging a usable fbx from armored core

i have a fbx of a armored core, white glint from ac 4, that im trying to get set up for vrchat, but its layout is confusing for me, its rigged but the different sections of the armature a separated, legs, arms, head, and chest is there anyone that could possibly rig it for me? id greatly appreciate it.

i only require the set up fbx, i can set up materials and toggles, its just blender that is not my best strongsuit
