I can't upload my avatar because of this error, can anyone help me?

I've already tried several things like removing the blueprint ID, putting another ID over it, completely unpacking the prafeb, but nothing works. So please, can someone help me?

try copying the avatars scene, turning the other one off, and then uploading the copied scene. if that doesnt work, do u mind showing me what the space where you upload looks like?

also try showing only RED then only YELLOW alerts, clear the consol first before reuploading

Oh, THAT error. Always SUPER fun to have. That's just Unity shitting itself. A lot of times the fix is just closing Unity for 5 minutes to an hour and opening it back up again for it to do its usual start up.
It doesn't work for EVERYONE, but this is the method I found to work for most in facing this false error.

Sorry if this wasn't at all helpful. I'm pretty certain you have already closed Unity before many many times.
You could always try and see if you need to update anything. Sometimes updates go unnoticed. ^^;
