issue regarding Humi Peen

can someone help me solve this issue that has been bugging me for days?
I've installed humi peen on my avatar but i deleted some time after that, I deleted every single trace of it from my unity project and uploaded/updated the avatar. And yet when I join some instances, some players say that my avatar has a penis hanging out, but for some reason I can't see it. I've been checking my project and I can't really see any asset related to it. I'm a PC player so I'm wondering if that's a VR issue. How can I fix that? -
