converting xps models into blender into vrc avatar/unity (metaphor refantazio, persona, XelandisD)

cool nsfw models that would be peak if they were vrc compatible (or at least unity compatible)
the files have textures + the full rigged model (with bones and everything) in xps format

i know they can be converted with the CATS addon and XPS/XNAlara tools in blender, which i tried to use myself (failed miserably) so i'm trying my luck here, if anyone has free time and knows how to do it it'd be cool

the first process is importing the model into blender with XPS tools (literally just 2 buttons with the addon). But then comes the part where you have to rename all the parts and fix the bones which i don't know how to do

the models that i'd want to get are Eupha, Junah, Hulkenberg and Brigitta (or at least one of em)
each one has extras like their outfits and accessories, and should have nsfw parts as well

there's a bunch of other models from games and anime which are pretty neat, you can check them out too (persona, bleach, mha, yakuza, jjk, danganronpa, xenoblade, kingdom hearts, even phoenix wright and yakuza)

tldr: xps models for blender, looking for someone to convert and fix them (or give me advice) so they are unity compatible, so that they can then be vrc compatible

the XPS addon is a bit outdated so you may have to play around with different blender versions (2.93 for XPS, and then 4.x+ for CATS, although i think there's a fanmade xps addon port for 4.1..?). There's also the option to convert them into MMD models first and then fix them, instead of FBX.
mainly stuck on the blender part, i know about vrcfury for unity and all of that
