    im still over the size limit unfortunately and idk what to do anymore......

    ive converted it with vrcquesttools
    lowered the sizes of the textures
    deleted physbones and unneeded prefabs
    etc etc and its still over the limit!!! i have no idea what to do uwaaaaaaaaaaa!

      I had the same problem not too long ago, but after importing D4rk's Avatar Optimizer to my project I was able to upload it without issue. https://github.com/d4rkc0d3r/d4rkAvatarOptimizer

        Using d4rks optimizer is a good way to fix this however for future note it can just be as simple as downsizing the resolutions on your textures you typically (depending on the type of avatar) don't require more than 1-2k res

        To further help optimise you can always simply check the box shown in the image I have here doing this can shave off alot of texture memory almost by half in some cases without actually losing quality on the texture its self

          U could also use vrcworldtool kit to then go to the debug menu and it would show you the full size of ur avi aka build to then select what you can compress or remove what is taking the most space
