I really liked the result, but the shader needs a little tweaking and the texture needs to be improved. It looks a bit odd to me, but overall it's good. I'll try to make my changes and experiment a lot with it.

Yep, i got the same issue here with the lip sync.

I said above it wasn't finished n had issues. It has the the blendshape but unity doesn't recognize it. it's a easy fix if yk basic unity

the main issue is the textures are super low quality and theres no normal map

@SniffmyCrack yes a normal map would make it nicer, but there are different ways to make it look better, i upped the resolution to 4k, added some more saturation to the body texture, removed outline and utilized some reflections and rim lighting, and it doesn't look that bad

the only thing im really needing to do in blender is add bones to the eyes so i can add eye look to her
