What is this doll modification? Where can I find it? Is it for Manuka?

Okay so, I found an unrelated asset to this, which was a tentacle asset that I found while looking in a booth shops free assets. Anyways, I saw the model that was being used, and it looks like a Manuka model to my inexperienced eyes.
I would absolutely want to have that doll modification of the Manuka body (if that is indeed what it is) as the it looks really nice.
If anyone knows where it is from, or has it, please provide the knowledge, I ask of thee!

@紫薯布丁西米露 That isn't it. It's just a texture and it isn't in the mesh of the body the way it looks like in the images.
