Shinano to Manuka conversion assistance.

Oki, so for a planned outfit that I wish to use in the future, I need leather gloves.
I haven't been able to find gloves that fit the right look for Manuka (The avatar I use) so I found the next best thing, a pair of gloves for a different model that fits as best as I can get it too. Problem is, I have no idea how to do that. Could someone be of assistance and help me out here?
