LF: Maliketh from da nilkaz. (trying to port it in Gmod)

Basically, I'm trying to port the model in Gmod so I can prove myself with my new skills in Blender. But unfortunately, I can't figure out how to modify the rig to a simple one.
i better just show you a picture.
the bones from the right I took it from another model that has another kind of rig, but Maliketh has another type, but the thing is I want them normal since I do not understand how to convert them.
If anyone can make these bones that I asked for, I will gladly share this model for Gmod for everyone since I do it for a hobby.

it's a good model but the way the hips are placed makes full body tracking awful on it
