Hey! I just bought myself a new model I love! Problem is it's a blender model, I've seen it in VRChat before as a public but I wanted to texture it and edit it! I am not sire how to get the model into unity properly though. I get to the point of exporting it as an FBX and dropping it in Unity but every time I did that in the past the rigging would be all kinds of messed up. I'm wondering if the youtube tutorial I followed left out a step to cause that. Any detailed tutorial or a better youtube tutorial I could follow would be helpful!

Once you drag it into unity, go into the asset part of unity, click on the fbx. On the right side look for inspector and it should ask you about the mesh/rig. It should be generic by default. Change it to human and click apply. That should fix most rigging issues

@Weregeek Sadly no, the head itself is not lined up with my FOV, the fingers are still turning backwards. I'm not sure what's going wrong

For the view youll wanna go to the inspector then view position, then adjust that so its between your avatars eyes and a little forward out towards its nose
