Any Avi Creator you can recommend for a custom Avi that won't be insanely priced?

Not the usual stuff I post and probably not a usual post that gets posted here lol. Was wondering if any of you have commissioned any avi creators and have any recommendations. Most the people I've been interested in only do texture edits-- which I can do myself.
What I'm looking for is probably gonna be pretty pricey regardless, but comment any creators that come to mind for avi coms. Preferably not too high prices ^^
