Foxipaws quest avis not uploading

Alot of the avis i got from foxipaws has issue with being too big on quest.
Specifically couple avatars, im not sure why but only one out of the male or female work.
I uploaded felix, then did his quest and it worked. but when i tried to do cleo's quest it was too big, like 60 smth mb. help! -

If you purchased directly from the creator I recommend contacting the creator themselves. OR Texture compress and make sure you actually imported the quest package instead of the pc package.
Make sure the unity version on the quest project is the same as the pc too. Or reloading the sdk could help too.

i got the files from a post on here, I mentioned that i had issues with quest and no one has replied yet sob
no matter what i've tried nothing seemed to reduce it enough, and i made sure it was all correct and yet nothng changed. -

dang it, they didnt even mention what one cleo uses.
her pc version uploaded fine js not the quest version, and i used the same on both
