Velle jacket texture finding/help please!!

Hello!
So I recently got this outfit for Velle to be put on another avatar and notice that the jacket that they use to cover the bikini underneath is not part of the actual listing and is a Velle base clothing item. No issue, I got Velle and snatched away the jacket.

However, the texture of the jacket in these pictures it like clear shower curtain esc fabric. As you can see from the photos it kind of blurs underneath. Velle doesn't come with this alt texture, and I've been searching for two days now on booth and can't find anyone offering this as a retexture. Unfortunately, I don't have the Unity knowledge to know how to achieve this look!

Does anyone know what shader/material settings I can use to achieve this at all? Liltoon or poiyomi or whatever I don't mind but I've been messing with textures and trying so get this to happen and I have no idea what to do. If all else fails I will have to bite the bullet and re-buy the outfit to dm the creator about it, and I'm trying to avoid that if possible.

Any help or assistance either finding the texture or help just making it myself would be appreciated!

im not sure how the og creator made that but my first guess would be poi yomi pro grab pass? you can add a blur like that and also refraction, i have no clue if lil toon can do that but i bet it could. for poi yomi just select the grab pass option and check out the documentation here:
