Here's the Workout outfit avatar, and the Casual one with the see-through shirt. These are just the raw rips, so you'll need to fix them with FACs or whatever in Unity.
Also, their current avatars use a modified version of ZinPia's RP Female Base.
The head is Milkgore's Head Base, a very old one and has been heavily modified.
