Lastly, do I just drop the unzipped file into unity?

You'll have to drag the assets folder into Unity and use FACS Utilities to fix it. This guide will show you how to do it: https://youtu.be/kRdKZBxEtwY?si=XeUjZw5F7toOiAyS. If you have issues let me know and I can fix it for you.

I seem to be having trouble fixing these files for unity.
Can I take up your offer for help again?
Ideally only need the model, texture/skin and the clothing assets.
Would really appreciate it once again.

Also unsure if the tail and hair come with the model or as separate assets but will require those as well.

Hi again.
So I been trying to put this avatar together with all the assets but am struggling after 2 weeks or trying to learn unity and how to piece it together, just not happening sadly.
Do you know anyone or are you able to piece it all together and turn it into a FBX file that is complete that I can just drag into unity and then upload?
I have already learned home to upload a completed avatar but thats as far as it goes
