best thing you can do is delete the SDK and reinstall with a diff ID/reupload avatar to see if it can change status, it's happened to a few of my models for no real good reason but i found reimporting the SDK seems to work

so the reason this is happening is because the newest sdk change. it blocks uploads for any avatar if the uncompressed size is over 500 mb. over half of my avatars got wiped, some i no longer have files for & i'm honestly at a loss for how to bypass this given i've went back and optimized one of my models, only to still be denied. hope someone can help figure this out soon
