The pros'/cons of learning to rip avatars

i was wondering if somebody could give me a link to a video or tell me how to fix/rip avatars
as well as what bad could happen if i mess up or what i should do right so i won't mess up
because i already know about the pro's of ripping you get the avatar you want
but i was wondering about more of the cons
if you could help me that would be nice
and if i do figure it out how to rip avatars i will do it for free!

I don't know of a video I could link here, But as far as the cons of Ripping, In general:
If you rip a well-known avatar (Or an avatar from a well-known Creator) You're very very very likely to be found out, And either banned or at the very least, shunned from a lot of spaces that are against ripping (So, most places I assume.)Personally, Another con of Ripping: you're kind of just robbing yourself of the experience/knowledge of avatar creation. But that's my personal opinion, And if you're not interested in avatar creation in the slightest, You can just disregard that.
Another con; If I remember correctly, Ripping can be rather tricky, Especially now that we can't have mods. I could be wrong, I haven't personally tried ripping in YEARS, And when I did, It was only 2 or 3 avatars for other people.
VRChat can catch onto these things relatively quickly and easily now, I believe. So if you really want to rip avatars, Be wary of that. EAC (VRChat's Anti-cheat system), Aswell as most Anti-Cheat Systems, Install spyware onto your computer and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with how they catch rippers.

@mom i know how to avatar make avatars i just wanna rip so i can take models i like and recolor them and add on to them because there is some models that i just can't find on gumroad and that arent on vrc models or ripper store as of now
and all the people i know say they use arc and i tired using it but it won't even let me search up the avatars
i really don't want to file rip because yes i can make my own avatars
I just wanna file rip because i don't know blender/can't find the assets i want
and i only wanna file rip like 4 avatars for there models not for what it has on it

@orggybun ripping avatars is simple doesnt take much to learn
