I've always wondered how people made these and i had a thought it was a world or a prefab for unity, but i can't seem to find it anywhere, so if anyone knows how i'd appreciate it!

in the VRC, just go to the search world and type "Avatar Studio", is a picture of an avatar and like matrix effect thing going on ? that where you can find this feature, after enter the world just go straight and then left...there should be a console there
