@SeraphicRoses confirmed there are a few missing meshes within the avatar; that's on me.

you can fix this by:

1. find the mesh that's missing in the Hierarchy
   

2. in the Inspector, under the SkinnedMeshRenderer, where there is a Missing (Mesh), open the selector and search for the proper Mesh, select it
   

again, apologies for the issue; I had not tested this properly before uploading and I assure you this won't be an issue with future uploads

another issue that might arise is GoGoLoco not working properly; in this case please import GoGoLoco from the VCC and replace the Playable Layers referencing GoGo with the ones found in Packages/GoGoLoco/Runtime/Controllers
