Unity/VCC not working

Heyaaa,
been having an issue with my unity and cc not working. It wont import packages, and barely open projects. Ive tried uninstalling n reinstalling but the issues still manage to pop up? Also says something like int,intpr and bool as one of the errors? Havent been able to edit or upload avatars for a solid month now
