Because MMD's form keys are not standard, I tried three versions to convert it, but there were some weird bugs. If you don't split the material, there will be no problem. I am solving it.

I spent two days trying to solve this problem. But unfortunately, my ability can't solve it, I can only disable him. The shader is being added now, and the follow-up work is to add dynamic bones and some basic switches, as well as SPS and gogoloco. This requires a lot of time.

@lolmesu Often eye tracking issues with VRC are issues with the Head bone not being perfectly zeroed out on their X and Z axis (X and Y in blender defaults) and the eyes similar. Open up a booth avatar that works in blender and check out its setup there for example. Could be the problem just something to check.
