@boofbug http://stereoarts.jp/
download MMD4Mecanim
and import unity -
@andross I can do it, but I can't confirm whether his expression keys and the like can work properly before seeing the model. The quality gap between MMD model makers' models will be very large, and it will take a lot of work to repair them.

@lolmesu Thanks i appreciate it a lot.
Here is the link for anyone that needs the R18 version. If someone ends up making a model of it, shoot me a DM with a link that I can use for myself. Also in the future if any Azur lane models show up, notify and i will buy it (huge fan)

@lolmesu @andross
I would also appreciate the converted files
If someone does convert it they should just add it to the post for everyone^^I'm still making this FBX
Because MMD's form keys are not standard, I tried three versions to convert it, but there were some weird bugs. If you don't split the material, there will be no problem. I am solving it.
If you need it urgently, I can share the FBX version that cannot be undressed right away -

@lolmesu
Take your time
We all appreciate the wonderful work you're doing and I hope you can solve any problems you run into, friend !I cannot solve the problem of abnormal eye bones after installing the eye tracking that comes with VRC. I spent two days trying to solve this problem. But unfortunately, my ability can't solve it, I can only disable him. The shader is being added now, and the follow-up work is to add dynamic bones and some basic switches, as well as SPS and gogoloco. This requires a lot of time.

@lolmesu Often eye tracking issues with VRC are issues with the Head bone not being perfectly zeroed out on their X and Z axis (X and Y in blender defaults) and the eyes similar. Open up a booth avatar that works in blender and check out its setup there for example. Could be the problem just something to check.

Thank you very much, because my unity work is almost completed, and I don’t want to open the damn blender again. I will pay attention to this problem when I modify the next MMD model. Thank you for your guidance.

@andross by any chance you won't have this, was limited https://jashinmary.booth.pm/items/5388628 or this one https://jashinmary.booth.pm/items/5735176

@eirc09872 at the bare minimum you need mmd itself (duh), a model (also duh) a motion and camera (sometimes they come as a package set, sometimes separate). you can drag and drop the each file in then hit play to see how the animation plays out. of course you can download stages and lighting effects and whatnot or use different shaders through raymmd. to enhance the model and stage looks. you can make your own animations and poses and save and share them. Also PMX editor is a must have, as sometime you might want to alter the model, either texture, remove or add clothing ect, add or remove morph/shapekeys/blendshapes.
I'd recommend visiting the mmd general on 4chan https://boards.4chan.org/e/thread/2864449 as they are far more knowledgeable than me. I know just enough to get by but not enough to doing anything fancy.
make sure to check out the resource links at the top of the thread too as there is lot of useful info there -
